Are you Covid Safe?
The safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers is our utmost priority. That’s why we’re proud to be officially registered as a COVID Safe Business under the NSW Government.
This means our business adheres to the latest COVID-19 Public Health Orders, including conducting contactless deliveries and ensuring physical distancing and hygiene and safety precautions for all staff.
How much is shipping?
We have a standard flat fee of $30 and we have express next day delivery, that will appear at checkout.
What are the delivery options?
We provide Sydney wide shipping methods using a number of external companies such as Australia Post and Courier services for our Arzum Market customers all over Sydney.
We also have a Click and collect option from our store in Auburn.
How long will my order take?
We endeavour to action and get orders out the next Business day and delivery can take between 2-5 days, dependent on the courier.
How do I track my order?
You will be able to track your order as soon as it leaves our store or our Partner Provider and is on its way to you - we will send you the tracking in an email or text message.
My item is faulty or damaged?
We are so sorry to hear this - let's get this resolved as quickly as possible.
